1. Program description
When you provide a mobile number and use our member or store services, U&Me Accessories Inc may send text messages related to your account. Messages may include welcome information, member ID and account security-code notices, requested one-time verification codes, transaction updates, plan-activation or expiration reminders, customer-support follow-up, and promotional offers if you have agreed to receive them.
2. Consent and eligibility
By asking an employee to create a member account, submitting your mobile number through an account-access form, or otherwise agreeing to receive texts, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and authorize U&Me Accessories Inc to send the messages described at the time of consent. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, notify a store promptly so we can update or close the associated member account.
3. Frequency and charges
You may receive up to four automated reminder or promotional messages per month, plus messages you specifically request for account security, support, or a transaction. Actual frequency depends on your account activity, plan expiration date, support requests, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. U&Me Accessories Inc does not charge a separate fee for receiving its text messages.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any U&Me Accessories Inc text to stop automated plan reminders and promotional texts to that number. We may send one final text confirming the opt-out. Standard opt-out keywords may also include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After opting out, a one-time security code or other transactional message may still be sent when you specifically request it or when necessary to complete an action you initiated. To resume eligible automated messages, contact a store and ask to opt back in.

Reply HELP for help, or call or visit one of our stores using the contact information below. Store employees will never ask you to send your account password or full payment-card information by text.
6. Delivery and supported devices
Text delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all devices or carriers support every message feature. U&Me Accessories Inc may change the sending number or messaging provider and will update these terms when required.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of information through the text program is described in the U&Me Accessories Inc Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers and messaging providers may process message information only as needed to provide their services, under their own policies.
8. Program changes or termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a text-message program at any time. We may also block use of the program where we reasonably believe a number is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or without authorization. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
