This Privacy Policy applies to the U&Me Accessories Inc website, member portal, text-message programs, and services provided at our stores. It does not govern the privacy practices of wireless carriers, device manufacturers, payment providers, or other third parties whose services you choose to use.

  • Purchase and service information, such as plan purchases, activation dates, expiration dates, SIM information, carrier-related transaction details, rewards activity, and store service notes.
  • Communications, including text-message delivery and opt-out status, customer-service requests, and information you provide when we verify an account.
  • Website and security information, such as device, browser, IP address, login time, session activity, and diagnostic information used to keep the service secure.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, carrier transfer PINs, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary text messages or unsecured channels.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and manage member accounts; display purchase history, plan status, expiration dates, and rewards; complete and document store services; send requested security codes, account notices, welcome messages, and plan-expiration reminders; respond to support requests; prevent fraud and unauthorized access; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations.

4. When we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the service, including hosting, database, cloud storage, messaging, security, analytics, and professional-service providers. We may also share information with a wireless carrier or authorized service provider when needed to complete a transaction you request, and with government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver services for us and may not use it for their own marketing.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional rights under applicable state law, we will update this policy and provide the required choices.

5. Text messages and communication choices

We may send account security codes, welcome messages, transaction updates, plan-expiration reminders, and—where you have agreed—promotional messages. You may receive up to four automated reminder or promotional messages per month, plus messages you specifically request for account security, support, or a transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of automated reminder and promotional texts, or HELP for help. 6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account service, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account or security code has been compromised.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to review or correct your account information, update communication preferences, or delete information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, security, tax, or legal purposes. To protect customers, we may verify your identity using account, purchase, or service information before completing a request.

8. Children

Our website and member services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.

9. Third-party services

Wireless plans and carrier accounts are provided under the applicable carrier's own terms and privacy notice. U&Me Accessories Inc is an independent retailer and is not the operator of a carrier's network. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated through the member service.
